Terms and Conditions:
A down payment of 50% is due at all event contract signing.
Final payment is due on the day of the event.
The client agrees to pay the cancellation charge at the rate specified below:
a. 45 days before the date of the function 25% of payments made
b. 30 days before the date of the function 50% of payments made
c. 15 days before the date of the function 100% of payments made
d. 7 days before the date of the function 50% of TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE
The cancellation fee in items A to C shall be deducted from the payments made before the event which includes the 50% down payment and/or reservation bond fee.
- A fee of PhP 50.00 per floor per waiter will be charged if the event is held in a building without a service elevator or proper access.
- Hauling fee may apply depending on the distance of the event location.
- An overtime fee of PhP 50.00 per hour per waiter will be charged in excess of contracted event time.
- Venue fees are the responsibilities of the client and additional charges may include gate entrance fee and caterer’s bond.
- Additional fee for out of town venue events. Transportation fee will be applied for travel to Manila, Mandaluyong, Quezon City & other places in Metro Manila.
